Whenever I work on the bike I remove useless labelling. Mostly found on wiring. But also that totally useless tire pressure decal on the swing arm  2.5 / 2.9 in every case... I managed to remove for sure 0.002 kg. Have to do it again on the new bike....

The only agenda I have is that I'm impressed with how much weight you removed and I would like enough information to do the same. Why else would anyone be participating in this thread?

Ι would imagine that 10kgs savings would be possible by removing or replacing:
- the center stand (that's about 2kgs I think)
- rear rack and replace it with a carbon cover ( it's heavy, I would say 2-3kgs)
- the exhaust system (gains here should be 2-6kgs depending on if you go for full system or slipon)
- passenger rearsets (I guess around 0,5kg)
- handguards/mirrors (should be over 1kg)
- number plate holder (about 0,5kg as well?)
- the battery with a lithium one (from previous experience, it should be 2-3kg)

I would imagine carbon parts would be lighter too but stock plastic parts (ie fenders) are also quite light so any gains should be marginal. Titanium bolts are way lighter too but the differnce is in grams so total weight loss should also be marginal, assuming that you'll change A LOT OF bolts.

Oh, and assuming one wouldn't add parts (like guards, protection, etc)

You got the gist of it...and it should be noted that none of what I did was ever intended solely to remove weight, it was done for performance
and personal preference.
