Ι would imagine that 10kgs savings would be possible by removing or replacing:
- the center stand (that's about 2kgs I think)
- rear rack and replace it with a carbon cover ( it's heavy, I would say 2-3kgs)
- the exhaust system (gains here should be 2-6kgs depending on if you go for full system or slipon)
- passenger rearsets (I guess around 0,5kg)
- handguards/mirrors (should be over 1kg)
- number plate holder (about 0,5kg as well?)
- the battery with a lithium one (from previous experience, it should be 2-3kg)
I would imagine carbon parts would be lighter too but stock plastic parts (ie fenders) are also quite light so any gains should be marginal. Titanium bolts are way lighter too but the differnce is in grams so total weight loss should also be marginal, assuming that you'll change A LOT OF bolts.
Oh, and assuming one wouldn't add parts (like guards, protection, etc)
