Hello, I'm the owner of F900XR currently living in Korea.
I'm planning to purchase S1000XR, but I didn't have any information on the difference between 2021 and 2022 so I'm writing to ask for help.
The only information I found is that the brake changes from BMW to Brembo.
I'd appreciate it if there was anyone who knew the difference.
(Use a translator to make the sentence awkward) I ask for your understanding)

The '20 & 21 calipers were Hayes items I believe...they went back to Brembo due to some leaking issues. All Gen-1 bikes, (pre '20), had Brembo's from new.
The differences between '21 and '22 were mainly just cosmetic, colour changes etc..

When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my Grandfather....not screaming like the passengers in his car..!

Yes, just colour change and the move back to Brembo brakes.
The Racing Red became the base colour - with black panels, Triple Black was introduced and the M colours got a tweak. Gray was deleted.

The battery postive termimal protective cover has been redesigned
Now has a rubber plug for the screw?
