Hi all,
I will be looking to move my XR on in the Spring (UK) so pulling the HP rear sets of my XR to be posted for sale on here soon.
Thinking ahead, does anyone have or know the location of, the fitting instructions for these to make the purchasers life easier ?
As always, many thanks in advance,
Cheers

Something reminds me that the centre-stand has to come off while fitting the pegs?
Perhaps this Youtube plus some photos of the pieces in place - is sufficient?
This is the RR, but could be similar.

I use the german bmw site, but somehow this should be also on the other motorrad websites. The pdf is in english

Thanks but the RR is different to the XR I'm afraid.

Thanks Salem but that's how to adjust the rear sets once fitted - I'm looking for the instruction's on how to mount the rear sets to the bike that would be included when purchasing the kit.

Hi zx9Landie
I got your PM, I didn't get instructions with my second hand set, and I can't remember if I found them online, sorry for the rubbish answer.

Thanks to all those who answered.
Another member has sorted me out, so a massive thanks to them.
Please watch the for sale forum as I will be listing the rear sets once I have given them a good clean up.
Cheers

When you take them off any chance you could let me know how many and how thick the spacers are?
Still not fitted mine as I think I am missing a spacer.
Cheers

Hi Bazzer,
Right hand side - 1 spacer, at the top mounting - 6mm in thickness, grooved.
Left hand side - 2 spacers, at the bottom mounting - 14mm in thickness, not grooved, at the top mounting - 6mm in thickness, grooved.
My bike has a center/main stand so on the right hand side, bottom mounting is the re used BMW 'shaped' bolt that takes the center/main stand springs.
hope this helps,
Cheers
