Thanks. My gut is telling me to not deal with them. Prices seem too good to be true, and therefore probably are too good to be true.

Lots of great Trustpilot reviews but one recent BAD one.

Of course - companies are in the habit of removing bad reviews on Trustpilot - and they might not have got around to this one on 14th April

just read some reviews looks like a fair few were not happy with the bikes the got and the way they went through the pre collection check ,but give a good score for getting a replacement or refund
    fix it till its broke

Among others you have Completely Motorbikes at Hinckley, welcome to the new face of motorcycle retail and I can tell you the same upheaval is happening for the good motorcycle mechanics in the trade, how long it will be till the increase in wages feeds through too the retail punter is anyone’s guess.

As for buying a bike....if it’s secondhand at some time the punter buying it has to back his/her judgement, the last bike I bought(2 years back) was 1290 KTM from a Honda dealer and the bike came from the IOM, but having trawled through some of the Donington stock where surprise suprise they have a non ESA X/R the prices didn’t strike me as being mega cheap.

Brother just bought a Triumph Tiger 1050 sport from their Donnington Branch. Had it delivered and when started up had serious cam chain rattle………sent it straight back.

Just had a look at Completely Motorbikes, they look like they are a franchise dealer for Kawasaki and Yamaha, and therefore likely a more professional option than Superbike Factory, who only sell Chinese bikes new by the looks of it. Plenty of bad reviews on Superbike Factory.
