First my apologies for being a shlub that doesn't contribute to the forum.
So to recap I bought my 2016 S1000XR loaded with just over 2k miles around Dec 2021 , absolutely loved everything about the bike , except for one major issue.
When rolling along in a higher speed curve and hitting some mid corner bumps or dips the bike would get all out of shape , unsettled , kinda scary depending on speed.
I made all the esa tweaks  possible to no avail .
I contacted The Beemer Shop in California US and spoke to the crew there at length and sent my rear shock in for a replacement with a TracTive Unit sprung for my weight etc.
Being a BMW newby I was a bit intimidated by just removing the original shock but manage to get r done reinstalled with no screws or bits left over lol.
Can't say how happy I was on the test ride, total transformation! The bike is planted and solid when railing some fast curves (with bumps)in dynamic mode , its plush in Road mode but still composed.
Of course I did't want spend $1000 usd on a bike i just purchased . But I think I got a deal on the bike and felt like it was worth the investment . Love this Beast

    Jay

I've gotten some suspension bits from him for other bikes..talked to Ted on the phone for about 15 minutes to make sure I got the correct stuff for my riding style.... an absolute great guy who really cares about his customers and knows his products.
I will be buying the Tractive bits for my XR shortly...

The suspension is great..The customer service sucked.

My left fork leaked and ruined a 6 day trip for me... as if that wasn't bad enough after I limped it home and sent them back they tried to blame me saying the fork leg had a big scratch in it and I must have done it when I installed them. ..never mind I had taken pics to show the leak and miraculously there was no scratch in my pictures and even more miraculously it managed to go 2000 miles before the "scratch" started to make it leak.

Plus when I did take it back off, I inspected it thoroughly trying to figure out why the seal was leaking.

So all in all, after I spent $4200.00 with them,  I had to pay about $200 in return shipping and labor charges plus another $100 for new front brake pads  ... oh and it took another 2.5 weeks for them to get them fixed and they acted like they were doing me a favor......so . yeah, never again.
Traxxion dynamics will be getting all of my business from now on.
Traxxion did my Kawasaki and my Triumph  and I never had a single a problem..
