Change to windscreen bolt spacing from 2020 to 2021?

Ordered a 2020 PUIG Touring windscreen for my 2021 bike and it doesn't fit.  Maybe I should have known better since the website I ordered from told me that it wouldn't fit my 2021 bike.

I didn't expect there to be a difference in the bolt hole spacing since I thought the model years were essentially the same apart from paint options.
Is the last model year of the Gen 1 bike considered to be 2020?

This is in Canada so maybe things are a bit different here.  Just a bit disappointed since now I have to find another option.

    20-22 is the 2nd gen.
Puig USA lists the same screen for 20 and 21. they do not list any 22 fitments.

Thanks for the reply.  I feel a bit foolish but can own up to my mistakes.  I had simply inserted the OEM mounting hardware directly into the holes on the PUIG screen and didn't realize there was additional mounting hardware, which I subsequently found taped to the inside of the box.  Your reply and the photos on the PUIG website gave me the clue I needed.  Thanks again!

It's kind of strange that Fortnine's website doesn't list the screen as available when you select the 2021 bike (but does for 2020), which is what led me to believe there was a difference.
