    Not much different AFAIK

From the announcement two weeks ago (from Motorrad USA, Euro market might be different):

    Colors

        Racing Red remains unchanged.
Triple Black with Black Storm Metallic 2 remains unchanged.
M Package with Light White/m Motorsport remains unchanged.

    Equipment

RDC real-time gradient tire pressure monitoring added to Touring Package.
Comfort turn indicator can be switched off in the menu for the instrument cluster.

All US S 1000 XR models automatically add Premium Package.

ZPP Premium Package – Keyless Ride, GPS Prep, USB Port, TPM tire pressure monitor, Hand Protection, Center Stand, Luggage Rack, Dynamic ESA pro, Gear Shift Assists Pro, Heated Grips, Cruise Control, Adaptive Headlight and LED Aux. Lights.

Individual Options – M Endurance Chain, Design Option Wheels, M Forged Wheels, Low Suspension, High Windshield and High or Low Seat.

Think production is intended to commence in Aug.

Granted this is US, but in case it helps I asked my dealer the same question before I picked up a leftover '21 and his response was "The bulletin I got from BMW doesn't show any significant changes in the XR for 2023."

Is the RDC real time tire pressure gradient different from TPMS?

It's effectively the same thing but in German (RDC - Reifendruckkontrolle).
