Hello! I want to install a full system on my XR. I already purchased akrapovic headers, however I don’t like the akra slip on. I really like the SC project S1 slip on and want to install that instead. I'm guessing the stock and akra headers are compatible with any slip on made for XR. However, the S1 muffler was not designed for the XR, so I was wondering how can I install it and secure/clamp it in to place. I'd appreciate all your input, thank you!

After installing a full system including a K&N filter, will I need to do a remap or install some servo buddy/eliminator so that no warning light comes on? I'm doing it mainly to improve the sound, I do not need more power. Please would love to hear from you guys, thank you!

    Gen1 or Gen2..??

Which bike was the S1 for.?? You may have to get a bespoke link pipe made for it.

It's a Gen 2, 2022 model. Where do you think I could get a pipe like that made?

Any decent exhaust place would be able to do it.

OP - before you buy the full system, have you ever just disconnect the flap wires? Man, im telling you the sound that we have on 2022 is so muted but after disconnecting it the sound was so loud.

I even checked and removed the muffler and yes, by the default when its off, its open so it will stay open. Unlike before, it will open only @ 6500rpm.

To my surprise, the oem muffler is so light. So before you spend a ton of money, try this method first.
