Same with me (but I have had mine flashed) it was working fine. Interestingly I had a flat battery, but had a jump pack with me I used that and then about an hour later it started happening.

So I thought it was probably the battery when I was away, got home new battery and it still persists.

I gpt my bike back from the shop last week. They said they found a small cut / break in one of the dash wires. No 100% confirmation yet. But the one time ive tried the dash it worked. I probably wont know for sure before march.. because i wont use it much. I will give you an update when i know its fixed or when it fails again. But if you havent checked the wires you might want too.

That's interesting,  don't suppose you know where it was the wire failing was ?

I saw a bit of chafing of the loom under the seat a while back. I have covered it now to protect it.

They already replyed to my email:

They said the cable fail / break was found underneath the seat near the battery. The specifically saif they think the wire might have been caught between the seat after opening and closing that.

Edited to add I will take a picture for people to check as it sounds like it might be worth people checking

Bike is at a mates at the moment so will check when I get it back

What years is yours ? Mine was one of the very early 2015 bikes.

Yeah maybe in your case the cable got between the seat after using the power pack. I hope this helps you fix the issue!

Ah didnt see your edit before posting the above. Mine is from 2016. I will take a picture too if i can find the bit they replaced. Maybe good to ductape / ziptie the cables down so they  cant get caught.

I have put heat shrink over it now to stop it fretting, but there was some wear to it before I did that.
