Hello All, glad to have the new bike, and opportunity to meet new riders.

I got an "Executive Demo" '21 XR with only 400 miles on the clock a couple weeks ago (inventory hard to come by here in the USA). I've put an additional 1,500 miles on her so far, and love every minute! Wife and I rode two up for 16 years (logging nearly 200k miles on BMW K1200 LT, and K1600 GTL). She can't ride any more, but insists I do... so what's a guy to do?? :-)

I seriously cannot believe these bikes haven't caught on in the USA like they should. I've been riding street bikes of all kinds since 1976, and this is seriously the most fun one I've had. Amazing fact: just got the radar detector mount yesterday, and surprisingly I have had the bike for two weeks with NO "Performance Awards".

I live in NorCal, in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Just a stones throw from Lake Tahoe, Yosemite and thousands of miles of back road bliss. This bike is a BEAST, but with the side bags I can still travel indefinitely (although I am done with IBA rides). I will be sacrificing tires to the MC Gods...

Looking forward to learning more about the bike here. Maybe even learning about Farkles that I didn't know I couldn't live without... :-)

Here's a pic of the new ride.
