    Motorcycle Servicing courses (UK)

(For UK riders......) I'm booking service school dates through the autumn now.

You may have seen that I run a service school from my workshop on Anglesey, where we can service your bike together. The idea is meant to serve two purposes, your bike gets a service and you get a day or two of training.

The following link shows how the idea has evolved a bit over time and includes comments from past customers.

Work is often based around the minor & major services, but most customers ask for extra work to be covered as well and you can have accessories sent here to fit while the bike's in the workshop.

Please PM or email me to discuss your requirements - workshop time is £140 a day plus consumable parts at cost
    Thanks, Mark at MarksMotorcycleParts.co.uk

    Hi Mark
Great to hear you are still offering your service schools.
After my time with you last year, I've done all my own maintenance (new fuel pump and reconditioned radiator) and just completed the 30.000ml service. (Didn't use the mole grips at all).
Your instruction days certainly come highly recommended by me to all XR owners who want to learn about their bikes.
Surely someone out there has a Mk2 you can service for free, so you can get the data you need for this new manual.  Mk 2 owners obviously want a manual. This forum gets a lot of interest and has a good community feel, so I'm surprised no-one has come forward. Perhaps the promise of a glowing acknowledgement inside the front cover might be an added incentive.  :047:

Kind words, much appreciated. Thank you Paul.

I do get a lot of questions about the mk2 bikes and would like to do a book for them. If anyone is interested in having a free service please get in touch.

Mark, the Gen2 manual can't come soon enough. Will you ship to the US once it's available? please say yes.... please say yes

One thing that pisses me off more than anything is that BMW no longer sells the service manual DVD. I mean WTF??? Looking at the Hayes repair manual website, it looks like they haven't made any service manuals for BMWs after 2018 models. I know this has been brought up many times before, in here and the BMWMOA forums, but it just really sucks. Why BMW... Why???
