    MAHLE OC 619 Oil Filter?

    Hello, I believe that the Mahle OC 619 Oil Filter is correct. Can someone verify that this is indeed the correct filter for a Gen 2?

    I've seen a post where guys have said "should" work... Thanks!

    Yes, that's  correct, Gen-1 and Gen-2 use the same filters....Mahle actually make the OEM BMW branded filters too.

    Thanks for the reply, Smithy. I always used Mahle Oil Filters on my K1600, as well as Hi Flo air filters. They're not nearly as "valuable" as the OEM! :-)
