Don’t think I have popping issues, but not sure what you mean?

Biting point is easily adjusted by tightening / loosing off clutch cable and/or adjusting lever span.

The popping sounds normal, if it's a gen 1, in dynamic and dynamic pro it pops below 6k when you get off the gas, then if you keep rolling with engine braking decel fuel cutoff is turned off around 2.5-3k which results in a bit of popping/sputtering again. If it's a gen 2, it wont pop in dynamic and dynamic pro below 6k but i imagine the decel fuel cutoff behaviour is the same.

Biting point on the XR is super far out and that's normal, I'd say around 80% of the way out on the lever.

Ok cheers, not sure of gen it's Sept 2015 and yeh the clutch feels far out so that's probably normal , I can feel a sort of stutter when in steady recs while travelling,  I might full full of premium and see how it goes, I have lifetime warranty on it so not too worried

2015 is early Gen 1, and yea it's fairly jerky at low throttle application in lower gears, especially when load is also low (such as slight downhill)
