to the clan.. another tight Yorkshire Man, that's all we need.. competition for used parts and accessories for us other Yorkshire men..
Which part of Yorkshire.. I'm in Leeds, originally from the Doncaster area so not a true wessie. Antares is in Huddersfield. There's maybe more..

Hello Windy, Im over on the coast near Brid. I've had many GS's but the past few years been on KTM's doing lots of off roading ie green lanes, tet etc but fell off my 790 in July going slow on a flat farm track and broke my shoulder so missed all summer activities i had planned. I hated not riding so i have sold the 790, got the xr and going to stick to tarmac for the foreseeable. Maybe meet you guys at Seaways or squires sometime?

Good to hear you didn't give up riding.. I thought about it after a big off in 1996, bloody pleased I didn't, when I think about all the great people I've met and places I've been since then.. through biking
We get to Squires occasionally and I call at Seaways when out that way, I have a mate that lived in Wetwang, now moved to Driffield. I also spent 15 years in Hull and recently moved to Leeds.
Me and Antares have recently taken to pitching up a tent for the night, found a campsite in Caldbeck, Caldbeck Camping
near Wigton that is a great starting point for a ride around the Scottish Borders then head home Via Alston, Barnard Castle etc. Usually around 500 miles in a day and a half.. Hoping to do it again mid-October..
