    Unknown color scheme?

    Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of buying an S1000XR gen1, and I stumbled upon a color scheme I really liked. Point is, I can't find it anywhere else. I know the color blue is out there alot, but there seems to be missing the S1000XR stamp (with XR in red) in front. Instead, it has a gold color S1000XR logo on the side of the tanks. Is there anyone that can tell me anything about this color scheme?

Image is broken but more than likely someone just replaced the stickers.

Edit: image issue on my end  :008:

That's too light for ocean blue metallic and I don't think that color was ever a factory option (at least not in the states).  My money is on a custom paint job or "ocean blue metallic left out in the sun"  :001:.  Looks kinda like matte gravity blue metallic.  I think that color (in gloss) came on some of the K bikes or maybe an S1000RR at some point.  Some bikes did have the sticker in that location though...I think the gray/white/red and the HP color schemes did.  Curious if anybody knows the real answer though..

You can't teach pigs to sing - it only frustrates you and annoys the pig.
