    Hello,
Just picked up my 1st XR. Drove 3000 miles round trip in 36 hours thru the blizzard of the century in upstate New York to get it home. Storm wasn't that bad, the news exaggerated. Shocking I know.

I have been on sport bikes most of my adult life. Couple of CBRs,  then in 2010 S1000RR came out and never went back to Japanese bikes. Four S1000RR later, I  wanted to see what riding while being comfortable was like.

Looking forward to some longer riding in comfort on the XR on the Dragon's Tail in the spring time. Still not ready to retire S1000RR yet.

Welcome, new here myself, from Gainesville. Love the tampa area. Have fun on the dragon, but the XR will really scream on the Skyway. Cheers!
