Handlebar clamp bolt torque?

Hi,
I'm looking to replace one of the handlebar clamp bolts with a 1" RAM ball. Anyone know what the torque spec is for the bolts? Item 19 in attached pic. Ordered a service manual but it won't be here for a while.
Thank you!!

I just looked this up and in Mark's guide it is listed as 14ftlbs.

Thanks so much! Makes sense as my KTM is listed at 20Nm (which is just shy of 15 ft.lbs.).

Happy to help. Just be sure you don't overtighten since that aluminum is soft. Make sure bolts have no grease or oil on them. Easy to strip those threads.
