New member here, I've had my XR a few months now having come from a GS1200 and GSA1200.
I've been riding over 30 years but don't get out as often as I want due to working at sea 6 months of the year.
For starters I could not stand the stock seat as it was so uncomfortable so I changed it to a wonderlich active comfort which is so much better. Its taller but I get away with it.
I usually put somesort of protection bars on in case of that pesky drop, and my driveway is an awkward cambered u turn dodging the motors!
I'd love the carbon engine bars but at a £1000 maybe just a dream! I'll have a look at the thread here to see what you guys think.
