Greetings from Denver, Colorado. I've been riding a wonderful 2015 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 ABS for the past 5 years and couldn't imagine wanting/needing anything else for great sport touring. Then, in 2019 I road the XR for 10 days in the Italian Alps and was shocked at how much better a rider it made me (and I've been riding for 4 decades). I just purchased a 2020 XR which will arrive in 2 weeks. With the upgrades I heard and read about for the 2020 model, I can't wait for winter to subside so I can rip up the Rocky Mountains on this bike.
