    Bad gas won’t start

New to me 2022 xr, 600ish miles, was a demo bike at a dealer and I imagine gas sat for months before they sold it (and obviously didn’t run it). Bike was delivered, and smells of bad gas when trying to crank. Anyone know the best way to access the fuel lines to purge out the bad stuff and get some new fuel in, without taking the tank off? Thanks, cheers!

I'd be asking the dealer to come back and sort out the bike, just in case there is some other fault.

For sure this, except it’s about 1300 miles from my house.

If it was a BMW dealer I'm sure some local one could do the work for them.

in Europe, the owner could call BMW Assist and the bike would be taken to the nearest BMW dealer under the 3 year warranty

do you not have this in the Free World?

Good call on that. I didn’t realize roadside would handle the tow and everything. Called and they were very helpful, thanks for the tip.

I would personally put a good dose of Startron in the bike and fill up with fresh fuel.  Then go for a ride.

Yes, I would have a lot of options if the bike would start, but unfortunately it will not.

Yea, if it doesn't start at all, I'm guessing there is a different issue.  Startron typically revives old fuel easily; I imagine it would start after a couple of tries.
