    Innovv bike Cam

Folks I am about to purchase an Innovv bike camera.
I have a gen 2 2022 with the factory USB socket under passenger seat.

The Innovv requires connection to the battery, and a switched live for the Yellow wire that comes in the kit.

My thinking was to Posi clip into the live on the USB.  Innovv state in their guidance to use the rear tail light.

Anyone shed any light on this on what route you would go down.  Not looking for Hex Can as I will only be installing the dash cam.

My innovv C5 is mounted under the front bewteen the forks, wired down the left side of the bike without having to remove any panels straight into the battery. The control unit is sat in the little space next to the USB.
I've wired a switch the same way to the handle bar where i'm able to switch the camera on and off without using the App or going under the seat.

Im pretty pleased how it all looks, bit covert too.

I did try and upload pics but the attempts to create and log in on this website frustrated me no end so ive given up, keeps saying wrong user PW  :087:. If you want any pics DM and ill ping them across on whatsapp or something.. :002:

Hi, thanks for the Info.  Yeah will PM you for some photos.  Be good to see what switch you chose.  So did you do away with the convertor then and make up a cable from the unit to go direct to battery.

    Cheers

For those with the rear camera, where did you guys mount that camera?

I have a Gen1 and I've been debating about getting the Innovv K5 or Kenwood STZ-RF200WD
