    I didn’t. I assumed compatibility. It was registered June 2019 so I assume that is a Gen 1?

    Date of registration means nothing really, we had a chap on one of the Facebook groups who said he had an '18 Euro-4 model....turned out it was first registered in '18 but was actually "built" in 2016, makes it a Euro-3 model which had been sitting at the dealer for a couple of years unsold. If yours was "built" any time between 2015 and late-ish 2019, it is indeed Gen-1....but the seat will not fit the Gen-2, 2020 onwards....They're a totally different bike.
