    Hi all,

I have owned a R1250GSA TE 40th Ani in the past and sold it. One thing I really liked about it was the front indicators being lit whilst riding - not everyone likes this I know….

However my XR TE doesn’t seem to have these illuminated? Is this something that can be enabled? Or do I need to buy different indicators?

    Illegal in some countries.

They're called cruise lights and can be added via coding. I've added it for other owners in the past.

Ive done it manually on the gen 1 - ie, one-way diode, resistor, and a permanent live feed once the ignition is on.
Can this be coded too onto the gen 1?
    thanks
    joe

Strangely, I never really liked the current set up with the lights, especially the brake light washing out the indicator at the rear.  Also never comfortable about an amber light at the from of a UK bike,  So I changed them all out to the kit from these guys.  Turns your front indicators into running lights and stops that wash out on braking.  Check them out https://weisertechnik.co.uk

They can be coded. “Cruiselight” here’s mine with Denali analog. They are almost visible on every angle lol
