Put your hand on your exhaust servo when it does that, feel if the clicking is coming from there (located opposite side of the shock), I think it might be that, mine sounded the same just faster just as my servo was giving up the ghost.

I just said it's opposite the shock  :745:

Other side of the bike, follow the cables from your exhaust (little black lump on the exhaust just after the cat, before the muffler, goes into your exhaust servo, don't have a pic rn but if you're struggling i'll find one.

It opens a butterfly valve in your exhaust for noise and emissions

Before i go to check for it. I have the cat removed and as far I remember servo (now I think remember that was mentioned) was disconnected.

That could be an issue if you left in place, I had mine decatted and disconnected, with no spring tension from the butterfly valve, servo has no load on it, servos don't like no load are liable to burn themselves out. If you fully removed it and put in an exhaust servo eliminator dongle in that case I'd check other components in the area but definitely sounds to me like a servo acting up, touch different components with a screwdriver to see if you can feel the vibrations as it's doing it, obviously don't poke it so you damage anything.
