    First BMW from chocolate land

Hi guys, after years on adventure motorcycles, Honda, Triumph, Ducati, my dear multistrada has decided to rust and corrode all over, which for the price pisses me off deeply, when my ST 765 going through the same treatment doesn't.

So I was not so eager to get another Italian steed, especially not a humongous V4. After years of making fun of my friends on GS, I relinquished and followed some advices to try the XR and boy was I blown away, handles as sharply as my ST 765 and is as comfy as the Duc !

So I'm now leaving both my ladies behind to get the XR, which I should get this week and of course being Swiss my ride had to be red  :001: !

    Welcome!

Mate had a 2020 Multistrada 1260 Enduro, 13k miles garage kept, thing looked like it was abandoned in a sea in places despite being cleaned regularly,

By comparison my 2015 XR ridden all year around didn't have a spot of rust on it. You'll find they are pretty good, but do try to keep the callipers and pivots clean.

    Thanks guys !

Used to own a SF848 too and same stuff the exhaust was going orange... I aksed the BMW
dealer and he said even a guy here leaving a bike 3 years outside, in our snowy winters, had
absolutely no rust showing so can't wait !

As I only did a 30min test, I'm hoping for my butt to aclimate to the saddle easily, got a great
deal on the red with carbon pack and BMW is crazy with a purchase, they offered 3 years of
services to owners ! After desmo services this was like quick give me a pen so I sign the offer !

I never thought I'd sell my ST765 that fast !
