    I know that picture was someone's rendering of a potential M1000XR but if BMW does offically announce it I just might have to trade up from my 2023 XR.

    That was published by https://www.motorradonline.de/supermoto/bmw-m-1000-xr/. Some more designs there.

    Designer is Kar Lee, I  believe his name is just visible above the lh headlight. Very nice but nothing to do with BMW. Those rasor type winglets.. But do like the front, and do like the two piece seat

    I really don't like the front looks too GS-ey and the rear section boxy.

    The previous XR's incorporated the beak really well imo, this looks like someone took a Tracer 9 and glued a GS beak to it.

    I'm more interested in the specs!!

    This.  First thing that jumped into my mind was "OMG, some charlatan has glued winglets on a Tracer".
    You can't teach pigs to sing - it only frustrates you and annoys the pig.

    I am going to try to use will power to sit the first year out so you guys can get all the gremlins sorted for me.  Of course, that goes out the window if they introduce a color I can't live without.  :001:
