Package question - anyone know about "X0233 Touring Package" on a 2016?

I'm doing a VIN lookup on a possible purchase. I was making sure it did not have a low suspension or low seat (6' 4") and noticed X0233 Touring Package

Do these ever come without hand guards?

No they are optional, at least where I live. Had mine left off on two XR's by giving up on the whatever package advantage, and just choose what you want. You don't get the package deal advantage, but stilll pay a bit less

All "Aussie" delivered XR's had handguards as standard.
