    Hi all. Trying to figure out what components makes the "low" the low version besides the 20mm spring.  Thx in advance

    IE springs? Etc

    1. rear shock, (may just be a shorter spring)
    2. shorter fork internals (The actual fork tubes are the same)
    3. modified side stand

    that is probably it

    Also, I'm hearing people are going in and doing something w computer after lowering? Don't understand this since it's a mechanical swap out of a part. Thanks.

    Yes because there are sensors in the suspension that tell the ECU how compressed it is, the lowered version has different travel length. The computer also has different damping "maps" for the full height and lowered suspensions I'm pretty sure, wouldn't make sense to use the same damping values at 60mm travel on the lowered and full height.

    They also have a "ride height" sensor on the swingarm...if you lower the bike and don't reset the sensor, it "thinks" the bike is lower than it should be and will try to adjust the preload to suit.
