Radar Detector: Valentine 1 Gen 2 radar & Bluetooth (SENA) headset not talking

Has anyone had any success getting the Bluetooth enabled Valentine 1 Gen 2 radar detector to interface with their Bluetooth headsets (any headset, doesn't even have to be SENA).   I've spoken to both SENA and Valentine and they can't seem to figure out the problem.   The SENA (20S EVO) works flawlessly with my iPhone as well as with the BMW Motorrad Nav VI.   The Valentine app will connect the radar detector to my iPhone and 'push' the alarm sounds through the phone speaker, but neve through to the SENA.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately radar detectors are illegal in Australia...in most states you don't even have to be using them.....just owning one or having them fitted to a vehicle is enough to get you in serious trouble.

When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my Grandfather....not screaming like the passengers in his car..!

Your screen needs to remain unlocked, with the v1 or jbv1 app on the screen.
