    "No windshield" & clean air

I have a Gen 1 / 2016. I'm looking for that completely clean air pocket you experience on a naked bike. I'm 6'4" and the wind over the stock screen is completely silent just an inch or so above my head.

The PUIG sport is 30 CM shorter than stock and the MRA Vario sport screen is about an inch taller. I'm leaning towards the MRA, but something even shorter would be great.

Anyone have any ideas for a minimal wind screen?

Puig screen is "30cm" (1 foot) shorter than stock..?? :033: That would make it around 50mm tall.. :027:

6' 2" here. BMW standard high seat. I'm working on a (gen 2) mod resulting in a 40mm higher seat in the front. Not pretty but works and my knees like it. That is about 30 mm higher where you sit. I also like the resulting slightly more forward sport position.
For the screen just take it off and try it. It's very difficult to get the helmet in clean air on these high adventure style bikes. I've fitted a WRS screen, much cheaper to try and a bit taller than the BMW sportscreen. Then I've removed the impressed bosses on the top, so it lays more flat. Spacers under the bottom bolts, even more flat. The idea is to create as much underflow (flow under the screen) as possible. The bike looks ugly without a screen, and you are limited in screen position vs. the Nav 5/6 position if you like to have that in the original position. I do.
I've tried lowered pegs and they don't work for me. They go way too much outwards due to the design

The MRA is pretty good on the Gen1 and gives a clean airflow - I am around 6'2" and my mate is 6'10" and had no trouble with his either.

MRA all the way. They are awesome windshields and they look great as well. Very functional too if you want to hit expressway (highway)

He has a Gen-1, totally different screen really compared to the Gen-2.
