Bit of maintenance this morning . . . . . . .
At 38k miles the cam chain was getting very noisy so made the decision to get manual tensioner. fitting went ok, just hope I set it right

Difficult to hear properly being such a noisy engine but the rattle from the cam chain is certainly noticeable when adjusting.
Job number 2 was replacing all 4 rose joints on the Soupy's lowering links. 2 had worn to give play in the bearings but thought might as well replace all while I'm at it (Kit was used when I bought it with unknown miles and I've had it for maybe 20+ K miles), took a while to find what I needed (wasn't going to buy another kit or ship things from 'merica) but found what I wanted in UK, and arrived yesterday. Again, proof will be in the riding and not breaking
