XR production to switch to Euro 4 in November

Hello all

Speaking with my dealer today, he advised that production is now on hold until Euro 4 compliant XRs commence in November...

Make of that what you will...

I is not already Euro4 ? I thought that was why it had the huge exhaust box underneath ?

A quick read up says the EU want better emission results, as in lower, wonder how that will effect the performance / costs etc
