Anyone else missing units settings: speed (mph <-> kmph) ?

I've posting about this before and just want to know if ANYONE else with a Gen 2 is missing the 2 unit settings options that I am (see below image for list):

There should be 5 menu options under the "Units" menu:
    -Consumption
    -Temperature
    -Pressure
    -Speed*
    -Distance covered*

I am 99.9% sure they were all there when I purchased the bike.  I've had a couple software updates and the throttle body replaced under warranty after the first service.

EVERY bmw rider I've met so far that has the TFT also has the full list(all 5).  Is it really only me that has this problem?  And why can't they just re-install the software with whatever version everyone is using?

Having the speed setting is very important to me and both the local dealerships in my area have basically told me it's not their problem and that 'some' bikes just don't have those options. BMW Canada has so far just ignored my messages/questions as well.

I plan to live forever.  So far, so good!

hmm.. 2022 bike here, i've four out of the five options, distance covered is missing. But isn't that linked to mls or km setting on the speedo?

Honestly I'd be happy with just having the "speed" option back!

Thanks for that - no rush. I'll check the software version as well but not sure how much it matters.   High Road Vancouver (dealer I purchased the motorcycle from) were the ones that told me "some bikes don't have that option" and High Road Langley told me they could change the units over....for several hours labour EACH time!  That is, to say, several hours labour to change to mph and then several hours labour to change back to kmph, etc, etc.  My motorcycle came with pretty much every other feature except the M package (of course) so it makes no sense to be missing such a basic function.

I can give you the ability to flick between either of them if you're interested. Have changed a few Canadian bikes.

    Will it void the warranty?
I'm definitely interested if it doesn't.

I'll play around with (I'm assuming you mean Dynamic pro mode?) and see if that does anything.  Thanks for the suggestion!

And for anyone else playing at home, the current software version on my motorcycle is "022_007_020"...

Tried playing around with Dynamic pro settings and no change.  Talked to sales director at the dealership who believed that NONE of the bmw's with the TFT's sold in Canada had that setting, which was promptly disproven with a quick look at one of the bikes in the showroom.  :033:

He is going to "look into" this issue with BMW Canada to see if my motorcycle can be updated accordingly.  Bike is currently running Software Version: 022_007_020.
