My Next Major Service is FREE

Last year I had a wee high side on my XR in Tasmania (Australia). There was some minor cosmetic damage. It took BMW Launceston over 6 months to repair my bike. Totally unhappy with the length it took BMW to repair my bike. I complained to BMW Australia HQ. They replied with the following email:

Quote: "Hi Chris,

That's correct, the service package has been added on already, which goes through to 31st October 2025 or till 48,486km.

So during that time all your serviceable items that are due will all be covered under that package, it can be used at any BMW dealership across Australia".

So I'm about to have my 1st major service done shortly which normally costs around AUD $1200 or approx GBP £750 (plus parts). I've just called BMW to have bike serviced & the dealer has told me that this major service is FREE! And every service after this until I hit 48k km's.

What a score. Stoked!

How long was the repair if you don't mind me asking? might be able to leverage a bit on my end too, been over 3 weeks since my bike was taken for repairs.
