Literally only ones I can find online are upwards of £600, all I want is a bit of plastic to go under the bike  :151:

Has anybody had any luck with other options such as using one for an s1000 or RR?

I know there’s a post from somebody that’s done this with a fair bit of work, I just want something that doesn’t take too much work

The only ones available these days are from Ilmberger....carbon fibre and very spendy....

IIRC there were plastic ones available when the Gen-1 first came out....but very few were sold as the center stand had to be removed to fit it.

    Smithy.

When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my Grandfather....not screaming like the passengers in his car..!

I made my own from 2013 RR, chop and fibreglass. Buddy had a damaged race kevlar pan, so decided to rebuild it. Free is good, just time and some mess.

Is a belly pan compatible with the Cat?   I suspect too much heat in close proximity.

I’ve seen a few decent belly pans (probably all the same make) - but I think Carbon Fibre is the material of choice due (with heat shield of course) to being better structurally when hot - than Glassfibre.

I think half the time - people just want another surface to put decals on. :001:

It's kevlar around exhaust area with heat sheild tape covering pan. I built up area for side panels as RR is more narrow. Definitely would not work with a cat. I was required to install for racing. And area for decals. Lol

Got a full decat exhaust system so hopefully wouldn’t be too much of an issue haha!

Nevermind quite clearly says 2013 in your comment ignore me, not had my coffee yet  :087:

I found some of the photos when I built it. Basically used foam to build up rough shape for side emblem covers then created flanges on the areas trimmed out from RR.
