Hi everyone, new to the forum and San Antonio, Texas is my home base. I purchased a 2020 S1000XR back in march and I'm loving it. I have 2 other bikes in the garage:
Yamaha FJR 1300
Can-Am Spyder F3-S
I am a long distance ironbutt rider, and my FJR is the primary long distance bike. I can see some potential with the XR for long distance but chain drive is not necessarily the most convenient for these kinds of rides. Regardless, for fun sport touring, I love it! I will be doing some modifications to make it a little more long distance friendly, but we'll see.
