Does anyone know where (country / area) the XR (14-19) came with panniers with the reflector on the bottom?

Also, is this reflector installed with double sided 3m type tape, or is it bolted to the case?

It appears those cases were sold/available in Spain with either a reflector or a BMW insignia, possibly glued into position... but they appear to be only available for the newer XR  :084:

North America for sure for the 18-19 Gen1 due to change in the government regulations.  My 16 XR did not have the reflectors but my garage door spring broke a few years ago when my XR was parked at the threshold and the door cleaned off one of the panniers.  The replacement had a refactor.  It is screwed into the case.  I end up taking it off and sealing the screw holes so it matched the original.

No such animal as a "14" XR I'm afraid. They were'nt relased to the public until 2015.

It may also be a "country designated" design rule to have reflectors or not...I know here in Australia, none of the Gen-1's had reflectors.

When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my Grandfather....not screaming like the passengers in his car..!
