Greetings from Maine, I'm a 65yo Native American MC tech who is currently riding a BMW R1250RS. I’m going to test ride a ‘21 XR in a couple of weeks at Max BMW in NH. If they give me a good price on this used XR along with a fair trade in for my RS I’ll be riding the XR home to Maine.

    Alakso,

Did you get the XR @MaxBMW? If so how do you like it? I had a F900R last summer and had a blast on it for 5000 miles. Now I'm waiting for a 23 XR low suspension to come in @Max. I also live in Maine. I ride quite a few miles every year. A lot of them are day rides around Maine.

I have been thru that area with my snowmobile in the winter. The deer are everywhere. It is fun to watch them.

Hi, yes I bought my lowered XR from Max in NH. Did you get your bike yet? I love mine! I live near Brownville which is about 30 miles SW of Mt Katahdin.

It’s so cool watching the Deer on the internet. This place is 3 miles from my off grid cabin in the woods. I have a Doe and her yearling that visit that I feed apples to.

No. I'm waiting for them to call me when they get it. It's a 23 that was in transit from the factory. They told me last week it was in the port on this side. Hopefully within the next couple weeks they should have it. I tried one out that wasn't lowered and it was just a little too high. I snowmobile a lot so I'm familiar with Brownville from that perspective.
