Issues I'm having:
1. Suddenly excessive free play on the clutch lever. I had to wind the adjuster on the handlebar all the way out to eliminate some of the free play.
2. Almost impossible to find neutral, even after taking out some of the free play in the clutch lever.
3. Difficulty changing from 6th to 5th, with or without the clutch.
4. Can't feel in the lever that the slipper clutch is working.
What I have done so far.
1. Pulled the clutch and clutch basket out.
2. Inspected and measured the clutch pack.
3. Removed the clutch cable and inspected for binding.
4. Removed the clutch release fork lever.
What I found to be worn.
1. Clutch release fork lever.
I am at a loss to understand what is going on. The only thing I can think is causing my issue is the clutch cable, but it feels ok. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
