MRA Vario rubber sleeve

Hi guys

just mounted the screen and a few questions.

The rubber sleeve that is supposed to go over the lip of the screen, are we using it?

Secondly, reading the instructions, "The higher the spoiler is set, the more air will flow between
the spoiler and the windscreen.
The airflow speed is reduced by means of the angle that
opens in the direction of the rider, thereby providing at
higher speeds the same relaxed atmosphere that a rider
experiences at slow speeds."

So which is the best angle for best protection? It´s not very clear reading the manual.

I installed the sleeve, but went back and forth on it..  I have the VXCM on my gen 2 and it doesn't come with the rubber cover/lip thing.  Guessing best angle, etc. is going to vary by height, helmet, etc. but I can take a pic of the angle I am using if that helps.

Thanks,  I will mess around with it I guess. That MRA instruction leaflet is pretty vague.
