The Good The Bad The Ugly trip 2023 (spain)

Hi All, just getting round to uploading my Spanish bike trip videos from the new to me Insta 360 X3 camera.  First few clips are rear facing only as I had neglected to remove the front lens sticky protector  :033:

Bike is my 2019 S1000XR HP Sport SE

The camera itself is very good, I am still learning when it comes to editing etc so please be kind.

We disembarked at Santander with a couple of us preferring to head down to Santo Domingo De Silos to visit Sad hill cemetery, cracking traffic free route too.
From there, through the Sierra De Cebollera National park, beautiful and again traffic free. More vultures than people!
Next stop was Riglos then off up to Arties to meet the rest of the gang and tour around the Pyrenees.

I still have quite a lot to upload but as I am new to this it is taking a while.

       Enjoy, Phil.

Quality seems good, and the subject matter will be better once you have the forward facing camera and twisty road footage.

    Keep them coming  :028:

(might invest in one of those cameras - I've done the go-pro and virb phase before and got bored with that footage. )

Yes lol, my fault for talking whilst I was setting the camera up and forgetting the lens sticker.  Day two I realise though. Some clips are more interesting than others but it gives anyone who has not been a good idea of the road surfaces , traffic (lack of) and scenery.

Its a bikers dream really.  I love the Alps too but it does tend to be busier.

I prefer this view. Is also Spain. Have more but here license plates are not visible. This is higher speeds roads. As stated Alps are fun but i prefer this. Not sure if link will work, first time I try uploading a video

This is a small front view clip on the LR333 in the Sierra de Cebollera national park.  We were only there overnight but agreed if we went again we would spend more time there.

Not sure if this video will play, but this was a bikers dream holiday in Andalusia last March

Gives you an idea of what trickery can be done with a 360° camera.

    Great footage!

I get the impression that I have either seen that video before or someone else’s showing the same house with the pool, and the departing drone clip?

Maybe I chanced upon it on YouTube ?

Looks to have been a great holiday ! :028:

Yes nicely put together by someone who knows what they are doing.  :001:

Can you get the shots without the horizon lock on in the editor?  If I remember correctly I set my camera to "horizon lock" so probably cannot edit it without this locked on?

The best bit with the 360 is you can make a totally different video from the same footage. All things I can learn and play with. I still have quite a bit to upload yet.

They’re an English speaking Polish Company and all the bikes are at their villa. You simply pick a bike that you’d like to ride for the day or even swap half way through if you don’t get on with it. Their site is Loveforride.com
    Cheers,
