Hi all just wondered I was out yesterday on the Xr and when I came into any towns or a bit of stop start traffic the temp was reading around 100 even up as far 103 at one point just wondered if that's normal behaviour as it was my first decent ride on it since I've had it.

Yes i'd say that's normal, happens to mine in town, nothing to worry about.

Yep quite normal
Mine runs at about 70 to 75 when moving but goes up to 100 when stood in traffic then the fan cuts in
I don't know if they are ll the same but 100 seems to be the temp where the fan kicks in

To be fair they do run quite cool the fan pops up nice an quick and cools down the rad in short order.

Yup, mine too. 70s when normal soars to over a 100 in town or crawling.
Seem to rise at an alarming rate, but soon settles down. IIRC mine goes notably over 103 on warm days.
