Anyone tried or using PR4s on there XR
on: December 04, 2016, 05:27:48 PM
Had them on a few bikes now and they seem to be fine with big power bikes I had them on a ZZR1400 and they never seemed to squirm under the power of that, and they definitely felt better than the Bridgestones fitted as standard on mine

Been considering sticking PR4's with GT Rear as soon as original boots wear out. PR4's are great rubber hold the road well and have great wet riding traction too. Some guys are talking about these http://www.metzeler.com/site/uk/products/tyres-catalogue/Roadtec-01.html as another option too.  :084:

Pilot Road 4's are on my XR and I couldn't be happier. Had them on my previous bike (R1200RT) and PR3's on the bike before that (Tiger 1050)

Had a set of Metzlers on my RT and was very impressed but in my opinion I just like the Michelins better over all.

Yes, on my second set of PR4s.  All good, very flexible capability and good wear rate.

PR4 are great tyres and were the best  but now falling behind as others bring out new rubber.

I have Metzler roasted 01 now and they are better ( i have used both)
