BMW S1000xr v BMW1000rr track review
« on: December 13, 2016, 01:04:51 PM »
Hi all,
I got this emailed to me by BMW today.

Nothing we all did not know but an interesting comparison.
After over thirty years behind the bars, I’ve still not done it all or seen it all.

Wow, a second in the lap times, that's amazing !  :005:

Shame they also didn't include the "R" as well in a triple comparison. Nevertheless, interesting though and much less in it than I thought it would be.

What I though was more interesting was the comment about on the road and I'll take the XR home!

Yep for sure a dedicated super sports bike will be quick round a track, it would be interesting to see all three back to back round the IOM and see the differences in the lap times.
