if you don't have the skills to do it youself, just by them, any mechanic do it for much cheaper.
regarding the rubber you don't need to by the screws, but you need the two rubbers for the up side and the two rubbers from the bottom side, you can use the same screws.
take it also to see if all engine to frame screws need do be adjust, specially if you have frame guards.
