Happy new year from Basque Country
« on: January 01, 2017, 12:55:24 PM »
Hi folks!

After some months reading the forum it's time to join and discuss about this fantastic bike.
I'm based in Basque Country (north Spain) and I bought a white S1000XR about 1 year ago. I'm not a hardcore biker, my experience with bikes it's very limited and I only have bike license since 4.5 years ago (A2 then A license). My first bike ever was a F800R back in 2012, but when S1000XR showed up in the firsts spy shoots I felt in love with this bike. For me, perfectly combines touring riding with sport riding. Some bikes are better for touring, some more sporty, but with the XR I can make a eurotrip to the alps without any comfort issue and go to the twistys on weekends.

Cheers
