Good luck with the new bike. I am sure that your wrists, neck and back will thank you  :001:. You can have the added pleasure of potentially "investing" in all the many accessories one can have for this bike. They are great bikes that can do almost anything you will need...comfortably and fast.

On the plus side - I've decided to carry a spare clutch cable on my holidays.

Sure - everything you add, makes a  weight contribution - but I think it might be prudent.

That was what I thought too.  I didn't see any deatailed patch notes so it could just be a coincidence.  Mine didn't stall very often to begin with.
I also feel like the engine vibrations in the handlebar controls have gotten stronger as well, but since I also had the brake calipers changed at the same time, the vibes are most likely from that?

I share your frustration. In many fora you have people who are knowledgeable and happy to help then you have the others. Your comment reminded me of something I once read about a British politician in a national newspaper."He spoke fully on the subject unburdened by any prior knowledge of it"  :001:

Mine was doing it occasionally until I got the latest software update.  Hasn't done it since.  Fingers crossed that was it, although it could just be coincidence.

Curious, I thought you just had the dash software updated, did they also do an ECU update?
