Yes, the brake lights are not great on a Gen 2 XR.

Have the Clearwater Darla's as running lights in the front with a Canbus 5. Was real easy to add a Billy Brake light.

For once I'm in agreement.

You're really leaving nothing appreciable on the table going for the Black widow headers at half the price.

I put a set of T32s on my Gen 1 - hated them I took them off before they were half worn. I tried Roadtec 01s and liked them, so stuck with them.

Question for Road 5/6 users:  I put a set of Road 4s on my Caponord 1200 and I felt the ride quality was much harsher than the OEM Pirelli’s. How was it when you switched to the Road 5/6?

Road 6's made my R1250GSA do U turns when I let go of the bars (yes you're supposed to keep your hands on the bars, but I like and can ride for miles without touching the bars when road volumes allow) Had the shop remount and rebalance the tire and wheel, tried multiple sequences of tightening down the axle and pinch bolts.. didn't work... what worked was putting the Anakee front tire back on.... bike went straight as piss after

Road 4's on my 13 Connie- developed a severe vibration over 80mph to a point where it felt like it was going into a tank slapper. Several re balancing with different shops nothing worked, shop where I purchased warrantied them, slapped on some I think BT-023... Happy 80+ MPH cruises

I've got T3s on my Multistrada and they are great, the brake lights (or running lights) turn off when you indicate (for the specific indicator) which makes the indicators far more visible. I am just about to add them to my recently aquired Gen 1 S1000XR.
they use all 4 connectors on a EZCan which is a bit of a pain, I'll try them this way and if not happy tap into the light connectors to free up EZCan connections (Seems tapping directly does not work on the XR as per this thread [https://www.s1000xr.uk/index.php/topic,5046.msg44070.html#msg44070]).

has anyone done this?

I've got dual Denali B6's on the back for brake and turning (takes up 2 EZCAn ports for turning only 1 for braking) and also added LED bulbs from http://dynamicmotorrad.com/  which may be the cheapest option if you just want increased visibility for the turn signals ...

US version seems to be good.... Yes Gen 2 and talking about turn signals
Rode behind RR's and R's with the bunch I ride with all with the same style of rear light set up

My dealer quoted me almost $900 and they'll take 15% off because its a new bike purchase... said keep it
did a 250 mile ride Sunday 4-5 hours in the saddle..(multiple stops ) Think I'm good with the standard seat... I was able to walk the next day, think I need to tip the bars down just a little, and need to mitigate the wind blast on me shoulders.

On MRA’s website,
converted to USD = $261.79
On HPS, USD = $163.43
Both W/O shipping
Like a $100 difference? Wonder why?
